Event Assistant

The REV team is looking for an event assistant on site in New York City and beyond. The role will assist the team with event planning, setup, and social capture to support the company's growing presence.

What We’re Looking For 

• Someone with a creative eye- we are flexible on actual experience (i.e. florists, graphic designers, production assistants, photographers, etc.)

• Applicants should have keen attention to detail, can-do attitude, ability to multitask, be reliable, and look professional in front of clients 

• Hours: Flexibility with hours is key - as often our events fall on weekdays or evenings

What You Will Do 

• Assist with various tasks on an event day which may include: flower market shopping, unloading the decor from the vehicle, organizing supplies on site, setting up various area in visually appealing way, breaking down an event, etc. 

• Capture videos and photos of event setup to be used for portfolio and social media

Design Assistant

The REV and Little Miss Party team is looking for a junior design assistant to aid in graphic design and digital creative assets for both the REV events brand and Little Miss Party social media brand.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous graphic design and digital art experience 

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign

• Proficiency in Squarespace Web Design

• Creative with a strong visual style for design

• Experience in SEO is a bonus

What You Will Do

• Assist in designing custom event signage, websites, and more

• Send signage orders to print partners in time for event execution

• Designs as needed for social media graphics 

• Assist in blog writing and upkeep

• Social media upkeep, research and scheduling
